This product works; plain and simple! The included adapters are a dream if you find yourself having to go from router to router. I've even used it to plug up my Casio piano; it's that flexible! Time will tell if the durability is there but so far so good! The price point wasn't bad either! I initially brought this to find out if my Arris Surfboard SBG10 had a power cord issue as it suddenly stopped working, but quickly found out it was the device itself. I don't feel like I wasted any money buying this cord and will keep it in my arsenal!

Fit well and works great my old one was broken and everytime it rained for some reason the internet went out . I haven't had a issue with this item at all

This is a great product. It fits snuggly into the router I was having no .luck in powering u it also fits, with a change in an adapter, in my backup router.It arrived quickly, safely packabed. You will not be disappointed.

Exactly the same part, perfect!

My Arris router got stuck on the top symbol a few days ago. I was suspicious as to whether I needed a new router or a new adapter. I only had some adapters that had an output of 1.0A, but I needed one with at least 1.5A. After trying a 1.0A, I saw that the Arris router was trying to start, but did not have enough power. So, I was able to use my cell phone data to get on Amazon (note, I live in a weak area, so the data works only 50% of time) and ordered this unit, based on the first search on Amazon. I prayed as I plugged the TPLTECH adapter. Viola!NOTE, the unit is 2.0A, but that is OK, per my opinion and search.PS, having WiFi Calling ability is a tremendous blessing because I was unable to make/receive calls most of time.

Item came as specified, but also came with adapters that I wasn't aware of. This made it alot more useful as it can double as a power cable for other devices I have.
