Generally, SM runs 34-36 inches around the chest (front and back), MD can be about 38-40 inches, LG runs 42-44 inches, XL runs 46-48 inches, and 2x is about 50-52 inches. Items come from many suppliers, and sizing is approximate. Sorry I cannot be more specific.
