Does the collar crinkle up when washed?

Two things. No buttons at the collar. It looks sloppy. And, the cotton is not premium. The shirt is wrinkled after was and dry. You gotta iron it to look neat.

I'm 6'0" 185lbs. would the xl be too large for me after being washed and dried on high heat? or should i get a large?

Super cloth....

I am returning the product not because of quality as its great but due to size. Please note its purely Colombian size and not Indian. Its very bigger size when compare to any other Asian sizes.

Great shirt, short sleeve length

Overall this is a fantastic shirt. Soft, warm, well constructed, everything you want from a real flannel shirt. My only issue is the arms are very short. I have long arms and considered going with the tall version from the jump. Should have listened to my gut, the cuffs on the regular ride at least 1" higher than any similar shirt I have. If you like a longer sleeve, get the tall.
