Was looking for something to add some variety into my working-from-home set up. This does just the job. It arrived quickly. It is partially flat-packed so needs some assembly and a screwdriver, but it took only about 20 minutes to get it all set up. The instructions are easy to follow. The desk is very sturdy and seems really well made. There are two handles, one either side, which you squeeze to make the desk go up and down - this is very smooth and doesn’t take much effort, and is done in just a few seconds. Get the set-up right and your cables won’t get squashed either when you raise or lower the desk. The top shelf comfortably fits two wide-screen monitors and a laptop with docking station. The keyboard shelf is a good height for me (I am 5’5”) if I am standing and typing. When in its highest position it is a good height and I think would be fine for someone quite a bit taller than me too. The only downside is that with 2 monitors and the docking station there isn’t a lot of space for a (paper) notebook to write notes in during calls etc, so I just rest mine on the actual desk (rather than the standing desk). It’s a bit low down, but definitely not a massive issue. All in all, worth the money for a good quality piece of kit that does what I need it to.

I bought this converter expecting to use it for a few hours each day. I’ve worked from home for the last six or seven years and although I’m able to get out for a walk most lunchtimes, I was concerned about how sedentary my working life has become. I find that I spend the majority of the day standing - this converter is excellent and easily holds my laptop and big screen, my keyboard with mouse beside it, and there’s space for coffee and a lunch plate too. It’s sturdy, well made, easy to put together and converts like a dream. I was initially concerned about the keyboard staying on the platform when sitting and wondered whether that might cause me any discomfort, being a tiny bit higher than I’m used to - it doesn’t. (And if it did, the keyboard holder is easy to remove, but I’ve found that unnecessary.) Best investment I’ve made in a long time. Brilliant price of kit.

Well built, solid and sturdy at max height. Easy to lift and Tablet holder is incredibly useful touch. Take weight of larger ultrawide monitor with no wobble. Only slight issue is the keyboard tray, which can't be adjusted, at 5'11 its a touch low when in stand mode but doesn't create any problems.

My desk is abot 2m wide so I ordered the second largest size available. It's exactly as described. Very simple to assembly 1 person can manage it in about half an hour. Sturdy and reliable. Perfectly fits two large monitors. Easy to move it both direction and the hydraulic resistance is adjustable too. Great value for money I'm very happy with it. The box was sort of damaged and opened when arrived but all parts were in it so it wasn't an issue.

I wasn't sure if I would get on with a standing desk (and I'm still testing), so I thought that I would try a relatively cost-effective option before trying a full desk. I'm pretty impressed, very robust, smooth action. The mouse can go on the top level or next to the keyboard (I got the smaller 91cm width). I've mounted the monitors on a pole/arms - so they can go higher if required, and I don't think I fully raised the desk in the video. It's stable and doesn't wobble the monitors. I like that you can lock it in place at any height.

I suffer from back pain like many people who sit down for far too long due to a desk job. I decided to invest in this raiser so I can move from seated to standing to help my back and it works a treat. The unit is big so make sure it will fit your desk - mine overhangs a little but only an inch so it's fine. It's quite heavy but that's down to a solid and sturdy build so you don't have to worry about it being too flimsy to cope with the load. The pneumatic lift assist is strong so it's easy to raise without much effort. It's actually harder to lower and you have to press quite hard to drop it to a seated position. I'm just shy of 6'1" (184cm) and the lift height is perfect. At the max setting (with the monitor raise arm at its lowest), my monitor is at eye level with no slouching needed to type with the keyboard. I think you could be a few inches taller than me and have no problems with it. If you're very tall, say over 6'3" or so, you might need something with a higher lift level. Overall, it's a really good raiser and worth the money.

Very strong and smooth operation. Only complaint is the keyboard and mouse shelf is a bit small if you have a full keyboard with number keys and a full size mouse. Thats the only reason to not give 5*

We bought this thinking it was a complete desk and were dissappointed that it sits on the top, but it turned out to be just what we needed - its very good quality, sturdy & easy to assemble

I did not expected this to be good. But it is actually a great quality desk. Easy to set up.

This stand-up adjustable desk converter works great. It is easy to use and lift or lower two 27" monitors. It was easy to assemble and quite sturdy. It also has a dropdown keyboard feature that looks great, but at first, I thought it was strange. After two days of standing up in front of it, I have adjusted completely and feel quite comfortable using the stand-up desk mode. I strongly recommend this one if you are trying to get a standup desk without the expense of buying a completely new stand-up desk - it works great!
