The Etekcity Smart Scale is an amazing support for my weight loss and muscle gaining journey! 🤸‍♂️ With this scale, I am not only able to weigh myself in kg or lbs, I am also able to connect the scale to my phone and see all sorts of different metrics in my app. This way, I am tracking my muscle mass, bone mass, body water, body fat, visceral fat, and more! 💪🏼 The app shows the data in an easy and visualized way with graphs and consistent updates to previous weigh ins, which helps track your journey! So, I am more than happy with the functionalities of the scale, and as a big plus, it looks modern, elegant, and has a nice glass top that makes the whole experience of my check-ins feel great and east. What I also really like is that I can decide to just stand on it for a quick weight check without connecting to the app (weight is shown on display), or choose a full check-up by connecting via bluetooth (all other metrics found in free app). My wife and I both use the scale and we have separate profiles in the app, so we only receive our respective metrics. It also seems very accurate to us! Our old scale died, and I've had success with Etekcity products. This one has been great so far. Solidly built, accurate, and attractive. They want you to download an app and set up an account to take advantage of the bluetooth function, but I just want a scale that I can step onto and get my weight. This is, without a doubt, the best scale I’ve ever used. Like any smart scale, it does need to be calibrated properly. I’ve found that it’s best to step on it once, let it reset, and then weigh yourself again. The first reading can sometimes be slightly off, especially if you move the scale around or store it instead of keeping it in the same spot all the time. Once it’s calibrated, it’s amazing—almost feels like magic! 😂 It provides so much more than just your weight. I love being able to track my body fat, water percentage, muscle mass, protein, and several other body composition metrics all in one place. Great quality scale for a low price. Easy set up and connection to my phone. Light weight, sleek look. I like that it fits anywhere for storage and it’s very easy to clean. I just wipe it off with a wipe. The app measures everything I am looking for and gives great health recommendations. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

La báscula me pareció muy bonita y elegante, los materiales con los que está construida se ven y sienten de muy buena calidad, después de 1 año y 5 meses de uso (digamos 2-3 veces al mes promedio) no se han cambiado las pilas, y siguen funcionando perfectamente, es muy sencilla en cuanto a su operación, al bajar la aplicación tienes que emparejarla con tu celular la primera vez, luego se conecta muy rápido y sin complicaciones. En cuanto a la aplicación, pues en general todo me parece bien sin embargo hay una cosa que a mi en lo particular no me agradó mucho, y es el color de los textos un verde muy ligero que es difícil de ver para una persona mayor o que utiliza anteojos, en la aplicación hay un apartado para cambiar los colores de la aplicación pero no para el texto, hace poco me llegó un mensaje para que utilizara otra aplicación que ya no tiene ese problema pues los textos ahora son gris oscuro, pero la letra ahora es muy pequeña y la nueva aplicación no tiene ningún ajuste. En fin, creo que la báscula sería mucho mejor si la aplicación fuera mejor diseñada, pero tampoco es tan grande el problema como para no recomendarla, por el precio que pagué es perfecta y muy útil. Me encantó, llevo usándola 4 meses y si me marca las medidas y se conecta muy fácil a la aplicación. Obviamente como cada báscula, tiene sus variaciones en imc pero la he comparado con otras básculas y el peso si lo marca igual. Sin duda no me arrepiento de la compra!
