I mix in a shaker cup post workout, this stuff is a great chocolatey finisher and with the cute little marshmallows, feels like a reward for a gym day done right. Purchasing again today because I rewarded myself ahead of scheduled supply last month, that's how much I dig the flavor

I purchased the Rocky Road flavor. I’ve tried other flavors from this brand which I loved. Doesn’t really taste like rocky road and it is very chalky. I used over a cup of water and let it sit for a while too.
