I recently moved to USA and my friends told me not to drink tap water as it contains chlorine and suggested to buy bottled water. For 4 months I brought bottles to drink which is difficult as you need to go grocery store and come with such a heavy bulk of bottles. On top of that lots of trash of bottles. I saw this kind of water filter at someone’s place and ordered one for myself. What a relief this water filter is. I started the same way as written in user guide. Works great, water tastes same as bottled water. Using this from past 7 days and no problem as far now. Led display shows you when you need to change filter. As mentioned one filter lasts for 60 days. It comes with 2 filters. Placing filter is easy. Fits in freeze.

It comes with 2 filters which is cool. My only gripe is the little bits of charcoal that recently showed up but I think I may just need to change the filter. Some dingus reset the filter timer thing on the top and can’t remember how long I’ve have the filter in. So yes if you buy this pitcher maybe tell people to not mess with “start” button on it.

Not happy with the lid of this pitcher. I ordered another one thinking the one I received was defective but the 2nd one I received, the lid did closed but not very secure. I will keep it because I need a filter and I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it.

The picture works great and it’s easy to use. Some have had issues with particles of charcoal, but I found if you filter the water several times prior to use as the instructions suggest, you won’t have any further issues. My only complaint is I can’t locate the filter cartridges for replacement. I even tried Googling them to no avail. I finally bought replacement cartridges that look the exact same, but from another brand. I have t received them yet, so can’t say whether or not the work. The flavor of the water is great when the filter is new. However, I found if your replacement filters are overdue in the jug or might have been sitting in your cupboard, wrapped and waiting for use for too long, it alters the taste of the water. Perhaps I had a faulty new filter, but my water definitely tastes different from the first filter. However, I did read the taste of the water could vary from filter to filter so who really knows.

I love the product itself but unfortunately it has become a total waste of money because I can no longer find replacement filters and can’t use it anymore. Don’t buy this if you want to use it for more than 4 months.

I appreciate the volume of the pitcher, ease of pouring for the kiddos, and the overall taste. Everyone is drinking more water now (hallelujer). What I've done is taken 2 half gallon jugs and refill them with the filtered water. I aim for a half gallon of water a day, so this made my life easier. Then there's a second half gallon that's always cold if the pitcher needs refilled. So glad I bought this. Only bonus would be if it came with like four filters but I suppose I can't get greedy :) I'd recommend giving it a shot!

It's a little weird setting up but it gets the job done. Water tastes fresh.
