Can I store mixture after I sanitize the equipment and use it after a few days or a week? Also how long does it stay sanitized?

The Star San mixture can be stored for later use. We keep it in a spray bottle or in a bucket sealed with a lid for a few weeks.

Does Star San expire or go bad? The large bottle is the best value but I want to know how long I can keep it on the shelf before the quality degrades.

I agree with Steven (commented June 22,2018) that the bottle can go bad. After a few years (maybe 3-4?) my bottle broke, leaked onto the basement floor -- luckily the unfinished concrete part -- and chowed a millimeter or two into it. Fantastic product, but I'd only buy enough to last you a year or two, even though the savings for larger quantities are substantial.

Any fumes if used in a sleeping arera? If so, do you have a product that doesn't have fumes?

I have never experienced any fumes from this product. Just follow the instructions (carefully!) because it's a strong acid. You should be fine to keep it in a sleeping area and to use it there too. It's a really good disinfectant and sterilizer that just evaporates after it is used.
