Are the shapes precut\stenciled? Im 16 and looking for a hobby. 😊

They are not precut but do provide tracers for the shapes for you to cut them.

How big/ are the treats?

About 2"-3", give or take, depending on the treat.

How much sewing experience does the parent need to be able to help? (I have zero!)

My child needed some help (mostly threading the needle) but overall I'd say the skill needed is minimal and most people can handle it.

Very Good Kit

My daughter loved this kit she made quite a few plushies and it was very cute and after some time of using this kit she could make her own plushies using the felt like a chocolate bar which wasn’t provided in the book.But the way of tying a knot provided in the book was very complicated.
