Great product +++++ - better than I would have anticipated and worth the money (and the wait as delivery time is a bit on the long side). From no great distance I would actually not have thought they weren’t real candles (which we used to use until we realised that the gradual build-up of soot was discolouring our ceilings). In fact, I think they are even more effective than the real thing as in addition to a great moving flame effect and realistioc appearence, they throw a subtle but effective pattern of light up the wall behind them which you would not get with real candles, yet this by no means looks entirely unnatural. Battery life not bad at all and easy to recharge with one single multi plug charging lead. The remote control is a very convenient bonus for turning on-and-off without from a distance without needing to use the switch in the bases of each candle. Can thoroughly recommend to any candle lovers who don't want either a sooty ceiling or having to keep replacing disposable batteries as in other artificial candles. :-)

Brilliant little ambient lights. Can have them flickering for cozy mood lighting and non-flickering for simple lighting. Great alternative to real candles if you're conscious of fire hazards/can't use candles for health and/or safety reasons. The remote makes them easy to use no matter where you put them too. Great functionality and very reasonable price.

I bought these candles as I like the fact they are rechargeable and appear to have a real wick/flame shape to them and looked to match some rechargeable votive candies bought on Amazon, however when they were delivered they are extremely light in weight, cheap feel to them and the 'flame' is nothing like they appear in the advert photos.

Even though I thought this set of three candles was a little pricey, I'm totally happy with this purchase. I highly recommend them! They come with a quality charging cable that charges all three at once and when charging they glow red so you know when they're done. The remote works great and if the candles are far enough apart, you can control them individually. The flame part is the best and most unexpected, it really does look like a real flame, to the extent that when I reach over one of the candles I find myself going around it because I don't want to get burned! Of course I won't get burned but it just looks so real! Another nice surprise, they cast a flickering light on the wall and ceiling. They are great to put on at night when you're watching a movie, for some low light. I really love them and will buy some more later on. (Wish they were cheaper)

I wanted to have "candles" for the Ashes to Glass paperweight with some of my mother's ashes in and also the ashes of our previous cat, but didn't want to burn the house down. I selected these. The wax, being real, adds to the effect and has the slightest sweet smell. Up close the flames are more obviously not real but this is not noticeable once on the shelf. The remove works well and is sensitive. Being a geek, I already have a BroadLink RM4 in the room that allows Amazon Alexia to remotely control things. I have added the remote codes to it and Alexa can now turn the candles on and off by voice of Alexa routine/timer. The niggles? * I already that up close the flame may not appear as real as some would like * Charging - I just find it fiddly unplugging the cables from the small recess under each candle. A suitable candidate for wireless charging....? * This may be a fault but not a killer one for me but flame flickering can't be turned off. I press the button and the candles blink, so they have received the code, but the continue to flicker. Not a problem for me as I want them flickering only.

They look ok but i was slightly aghast to read in the instructions, a warning to not charge the candles for more than 2 hours, meaning they're a product powered by a lithium polymer battery, with no overcharge protection circuit. They have both CE/UKCA conformity markings on the base which indicate they've been lab tested, but still.. i'll be returning these.

Stelle die Kerzen für 4 oder 6 Stunden Brenndauer ein. Leider müssen sie danach wieder aufgeladen werden, entweder sind sie leer oder werden es in der nächsten Benutzungszeit. Eine maximale Anwendungsdauer um die sechs Stunden ist zu kurz, vor allem, weil man zum Laden die Kerzen an die Ladestation tragen muss. Schade, bin ansonsten total zufrieden. Drei Wochen später: Nach genauerem Berechnen halten sie eher 10 - 12 Stunden - also entweder zwei Tage bei sechs Stunden Brenndauer oder 3 Tage bei vier Stunden. Das ist weiterhin meine Kritik. Aber dafür brauche ich keine Batterien und das ist mir wichtig. Die Flammen flackern allerdings wunderbar im Vergleich zu einem anderen Modell in unserem Bestand. Und deshalb gebe ich aktuell dann doch einen Stern noch mehr. Update - zwei Jahre und viele Monate in Gebrauch - weiter zuverlässig und stimmungsvoll. Und alles ohne Wegwerfbatterien!

Fijn product. Geen batterijen meer nodig, gewoon opladen via USB. Brandt lang! Gebruikt tijdens de Kerstdagen. Als decoratie op tafel tijdens het Kerstdiner en op de vensterbank op andere dagen. Aanrader!

I have ordered these before, no issue at all, until now. The "flame" is completley different including a big hole in the middle. The inlet and the charging cables are diffrent, shorter and lower quality, even the information paper even states different candles..! Biggest issue of all is the wax, its completly melted on all sides...! The top of the candles av imprints of the styrofome and they are not close to be as bright as the other ones i have ordered before this. Not worth the price anymore, not even close. Choose something else.
