These are pretty much as described. We are using these for weed fabric we are putting down in our garden. The soil we planted in is a mixture of clay/planting mix. The stakes have just been put in the ground, so they’re doing their job so far. However, I have noticed they are not as durable as other brands I’ve used in the past. Meaning they bend/spread too easily. The metal doesn’t feel as thick as expected. They are also rusting after being placed in the ground for just a few days, which is definitely sooner than expected. Separate from that, the box holding the stakes is poorly made. It was ripped at the corners when we received it & a little down the sides. When handling the box to get some stakes out, it ripped some more. It is just thinner than it should be for holding that many stakes. Especially if you want to keep them in the box while storing them. It was just annoying & should be thicker in my opinion.

I recently put the HOOPLE 200Pack 6 Inch 11 Gauge Galvanized Landscape Staples to the test, and they performed exceptionally well. These staples were perfect for securing my weed barrier fabric in place. The 11-gauge thickness gave them a solid, sturdy feel, which was reassuring during installation. While they worked great for my projects, I did notice that in particularly rocky or hard soil, they required a bit more effort to insert. Just what I needed. I bought some cheaper ones on another site and they were the thickness of paper clips. These work well, ae sturdy and keep my soaker hoses in place. I also use them to train my melon vines.

These stakes are said to be 'heavy duty', but they are only 6inch so they are not that tough! However, in saying that my comment is not meant to be negative. They are able to stake plastic sheeting around vulnerable plants easily. I wouldn't use them for pinning down fence wire as our soil is rocky and would need at least a 12inch to remain in the ground. These are great for the little jobs I need in the vege garden and small tie downs and would recommend them for sure. Packaging and delivery time from USA to Australia was excellent - recommend this company as reliable.
