Shimano cassettes are the benchmark in shifting. Hard to find fault with these, maybe if they came with stronger legs it could be better?

Arrived with one cog missing from cassette. Must’ve been a previously returned item. Super disappointed. Took bike in to find out that it can’t be fixed until we get a replacement. Major bummer as it’s my sons bike and he needs to be riding again, safely, asap
