A great VFM replacement toner cartridge
I've been using Profyssys tones for over 10 years and am fully satisfied. The cartridge is packed well in it's box so it is unlikely to be damaged in transit. The process of replacement is quite straightforward, though the protective shield and tapes need to be removed. On delivery I normally test the new cartridge for satisfactory performance and then put it back in the box. Thus I have a fresh cartridge when the present cartridge runs out of toner, this works for me.

Prints only 10 pages
Bought once and will never buy again. It prints 10 pages a d stopped working altogether Not only it always gave low toner warning the moment it was installed, it became dysfunctional after 9-10 pages. Took to local shop and they found that only that much toner was loaded.

Excellent customer support services
I purchased one cartridge from proffisy about 8 months ago and it was working fine , few weeks ago I started noticing distortions in print quality There was deposition of dark ink spots on prints I contacted customer support They asked for video proof and they were too kind to ship me a replacement for my cartridge in less than 24 hours

Delivered in leaking condition
Cartage / product delivered in leaking condition. It's doesn't looks like new. It's looks like refilled cartage. After cleaning the leakage we inserted into the printer. Can't say it will work or not? Supplier didn't supply the new cartage.
