I have been using this product for the last 7 months without any problem - a nice product.

when should 'T' be 'ON' while using this device?

T means telephonic mode,but it didn't work

along with one hearing aid equipment and earphone, can we order one extra earphone for backup? if so how much is for the additional earphone (wire)?

Never ordered any spare earphone. But you can try calling the company which makes it. Always buy Amazon fulfilled products in case you are not satisfied and return it easily. Thanks :)
