Weak butter. Low fat
Butter tasted like a buffalo butter but was very watery and not fatty when melted. Milk had fat removed for other uses. Buffalo milk has way more fat than a cow's. Disappointment and waste of money for its higher cost than cow's butter.

love buffalo milk butter
buy this for our family and also as a gift for others. because it comes from the buffalo, it is different from cow's milk butter. very creamy, mild taste that is absolutely delicious and it reportedly has less cholesterol. to me it seems to have a "fresh cream" flavor. melts so quickly in the mouth. a special treat.

nice and rich
A very creamy flavor and texture i have only had it for a few days but love it on my fresh baked bread. has a nice aroma. i think it is great for a change and worth a try.

Butter that is not made with cows milk!!
Love that I was able to buy this butter but I wish that the price didn't almost double. Really puts it completely out of my budget.

It's OK
This is the first time I've tried Buffalo butter. The flavor is much subtler than cow's butter. The bar itself is harder. When heated, the product seems more liquid (think watery) than butter, but other than that it cooks about the same. Personally, I feel that the effort of ordering online and having this one bar shipped in an insulated box vs. the flavor was a little more effort than it was worth so, I most likely won't order again.
