Good customer service.
I like the product very much. Its quality is good. Value for the money. Above all I liked the seller’s quick customer service. After assembling I put more weight than required, as a result few connectors were broke as this product is not meant for heavy weight. I contacted the seller’s customer service, they replied back very quick and send me the other set of connectors of better quality free of cost. This develop trust in the company.

Value for money.
Very good product. Easy to carry. Very much handy with light weight. Can keep clothes comfortably. It is doing better job than anything else in keeping clothes. Easy and economic solutions to keep clothes.

Will never worth the money
I never wasted my money like this on Amazon.in ever in my life. Complete waste. Connecting joints are made of flimsy plastic. They can't even hold 1kg of weight in each rack. Cannot even store your handbags in them. Invest in some metal racks. They are more durable. They are better investments.

Giant with Feeble bones
Delivery : It was on time, delivered within 2-3 days. Packaging : Delivered with good packaging. Product Description : Came with parts and assembly instruction. Was quite fun assembling the whole body (there were no excess parts provided). Not much sturdy, but it will suffice your need for a cloth closet. The support walls are made of cloth, and light weight steel (I guess) rods provide the structural rigidity (but still lacks strength). At a price around 1.5k, I was expecting a bit more. Looks : 8/10 , Quality : 7/10 , Easy to assemble : 9/10 , Sturdy : 5/10 , Price to product ratio : 5/10.

Not good in sterdiness or durability.
Assembling is fine. However in terms of sterdiness and durability it is not a good buy. Less then a year and three joints are broken. And I have barely used 60% of the weight capacity. Would not recommend it.
