It really strengthens the skin barrier when mixed with other skincare. It’s a bit expensive on Amazon, but the quality is worth it. I'll be stocking up on this during my next trip to Korea.

This is really good for dry skin or damaged skin. I mix one drop in my toner and one drop in my moisturiser and my face is hydrated. I put one drop neat direct on skin burns or eczema and I found that to really help.

I have very sensitive skin and this product is really effective at soothing my baseline skin redness. It is a heavy serum so I add to my moisturizer with the ceramide drops and really gives my skin the nutrients it needs without irritation. I only use a few drops so it’s last a very long time so it’s a great addition to my routine for the cost.

The first picture is before mixing: I have added 6 drops of the panthenol drops. This is the amount I use for my entire face and neck.The second picture is after mixing.This product is a great and affordable way to add dexpanthenol (aka D-panthenol) to your skincare routine. I add it to my creams, mix them together and then apply on my skin. Panthenol is always somewhat sticky, that is just how the ingredient is. I use a lot as my skin needs it, but you should probably start with adding 1-2 drops only and go from there.
