The Original Cakerie, Layer Cake, Tiramisu, 17.1 oz (sold frozen)

It’s enough for at least four people in one sitting to really get a good chunk. The flavor was fantastic, and the layers had all the different textures and flavors they were supposed to. It was light yet thick, creamy and had just the right amount of moisture at each level. Moisture is very important in this kind of cake, because too much and it’ll pool or slide around or mix into the rest of it, and too little and the sponge with be hard and prickly and the cream will get cracked at the cake area. Anyway, definitely a good cake for someone that likes tiramisu in their birthdays My perspective, take it as you will.

While the price seems high, when I shop elsewhere for good quality tiramisu is is about this price for the amount. Nice taste and since it is frozen it stays fresh. It is high calories, so while it is frozen I cut it into at least eight thin slices, bag it and have it ready for a smaller delicious dessert. Great with a bit of rum and/or coffee liqueur. Split it into the four pieces they recommend and you get way, way too many calories. I've learned that one small piece eaten slowly is much better than one larger piece anyway!

MY expectations were not very high, getting a tiramisu cake online but we were pleasantly surprised and would order it again in a pinch. Had a good flavor and consistency; the 1 star left off is meant to not make this even with our italian bakery. Still it is good and may order it again, on and off.

I never knew how much I loved tiramisu until I tried this cake! It is absolutely delicious! Every bite tastes like heaven and I’m not kidding. The subtle coffee, chocolate and whipped cream…so good! It comes frozen from Amazon Fresh and I love to have some in the freezer for unexpected guests. A small portion will easily serve 4 to 6 guests.

This Tiramisu is delicious - I'm an expert having home made, and restaurant prepared, readily available - I don't see how anyone could complain except that from the 2nd day flavor does lessen - for those of us that have these sinful pleasures only on occasion, I've included the nutrition list - having information that we need for our carefully selected food, for health and other reasons, IS IMPORTANT!

We love the cakes from fresh, but unfortunately the packers did a horrible job, it was thrown upside down, broken on the side and chards all over the cake.

This is the best tier, amazing cake that I’ve ever had besides getting it from restaurants. This is fantastic, right consistency, and taste.
