Pros- You sweat a ton- I liked the taste of the lemon ice - it is pretty tart and has a bit of heat after taste though- It definitely gave me a boost in energy to the point it continued after my 2 hour workoutCons- Can make your throat burn due to the capsimax cayenne extract- The tingling feels a lot like little pricking all over your skin and this is much more intense than the C4 Sport- It made me a little nauseous, but I've heard if you eat a bit before sometimes that helps

I used to use C4 Ripped before I switched to the Ultimate Shred. With the Thermogenic and double the caffein, this has taken my workout to the next level. If you don’t hit the gym right away and get your blood flowing you will get extremely tingly, but that’s what gives me more motivation than ever. Between the pump, focus, and energy, I’ve never felt this good working out. It does upset my stomach a little bit at the beginning of the workout but goes away half way through. Don’t sleep on the Lemonade flavor. Tastes just like Lemonade!

I just started taking this pre workout this week and so far, I love it. I feel like I have doubled my calorie burn during my workouts. It gives me the perfect amount of energy and makes me sweat! The taste is not that good though. If you take it with the amount of water it calls for, it's not to bad. But I like to use about 4 ounces of water to a scoop and it taste like poison when you do it that way. Regardless of the taste, I will be ordering again!

Edit: I’m coming back and editing my review and dropping a Star. I subscribed and “saved” to get a new container and every month the price has gone up. For me, the price says $52-54 for a 30 serving container before taxes. The basic C4 is like $20 something. I find this odd. Curious if everyone else has a similar price of the $52-54 and noticed the monthly price increases for seemingly no reason.I’ve bought the OG C4 years ago and it didn’t do anything for me. I bought this one a few months ago since my usual pre was out of stock. The taste is awful, to be fair, most pre tastes bad to me. But this one burns when you drink it so I take 1 star off. That being said, the effects from it are great. I LOVE a pre that makes me jittery and itchy and this delivers. I saw someone else say they felt bloated and I think I’ve experienced that as well. I did abs first when I got to the gym once and nearly had to vomit for some reason but other than that good experience and I’m buying my second container. I prefer pump igniter black, but they’ve been out of stock on Amazon for months now unfortunately.

C4 in my opinion makes the best product. Not only does it give you plenty of nice clean energy and not that skin crawling overly hyped up feeling. And the energy lasts a good amount of time to help give you extra kick in the rear to get to the gym or whatever your workout may be and put in that work. And best of all this part is huge for me you don't get that nasty almost depressing feeling from the caffeine crash. It's a nice clean e.ergy that is the best word i can think of to explain it. Clean energy. I have been using C4 for years now and I won't use anything else pre workout or energy drink.
