Cubiko CNC Router Machine for PCB, Wood & Soft Metal Milling

Good little machine for the price. It's a basic CNC machine similar to many others but the updated control panel and way it's been dressed set it apart from other's and make it much more user friendly. The fact you can level it and add a 4th axis makes this machine a very good entry level machine that make it comportable to buying a 3d printer. Granted you have a certain learning curve that comes with using machining settings, cad and cam softwares. For the future it would be interesting to have an upgrade for the tool changes to be easier to do, but at this price I can't really fault it. More accessories for clamping would also be good. I have tried only to machine wood, acrylic and abs plastic. I will venture using aluminum when more experienced.

This is a totally accurate and easy to operate little machine. I was very surprised at how easy it was to set up and the iPhone software works just great. It runs Milmage easily and my first prints were a total success! I got this because I thought it might come in handy for a few smaller jobs but its doing such a fine job I find that we are using it a lot! Even though I've got larger Genmitsu machines, this one is so easy to set up and use I'll be using it a lot more than I thought.

À la réception, très bonne surprise : emballage soigné, mousse dense, tout bien calé. La machine est compacte, bien finie, et son poids donne une vraie impression de stabilité sur l’établi. Le châssis en métal inspire confiance, rien ne bouge ni ne vibre. Installation simple : tout est presque prêt à l’emploi. Le calibrage automatique de l’outil par simple pression d’un bouton fonctionne parfaitement, un vrai gain de temps. La carte de mesure de hauteur est précise, pratique pour le fraisage de circuits imprimés ou le bois fin. Testée sur du MDF et de l’aluminium doux : le rendu est propre, les coupes nettes, aucune perte de précision. L’interface logicielle est claire, reconnue sans souci par GRBL. Petit bémol : la surface de travail reste limitée et les mouvements un peu lents. Pour du bois, plastique ou PCB, c’est impeccable. Pour l’instant tout va bien, si des problèmes apparaissent avec le temps, j’actualiserai cet avis.

ハード・ソフトの両面でユーザーフレンドリーとは言えない課題が多く、価格に対する満足度はかなり低いと言わざるを得ません。 ​最大の問題は、キャリブレーション用端子の品質管理です。接続端子の皮膜処理が甘く、厚すぎて絶縁状態（通電しない状態）になっていました。これに気づかずZ軸のゼロ点出しを行ったため、通電検知ができずにヘッドが下降し続け、台座に衝突してビットを折ってしまいました。システム側に事前に通電チェックができる画面があれば防げた事故です。 加えて、マニュアルの記載内容と実際のコントロール画面のUI（特にキャリブレーションの2画面目）が一致しておらず、手探りでの操作を強いられます。 ​また、メカニカルな部分でも、コレットが内部に噛み込んで奥まってしまい、ビットがスムーズに入らない事象がありました（下方に強く引っ張ることで力技で外れました）。 ​運用面でのハードルも高いです。防音・防振性能は低く、付属のスポンジ足は振動を吸収しきれません。動作音はカバー閉構造であっても75dB前後の爆音を記録し、プロモーション動画のような静かさとは程遠いです。結局、筐体ごと防音ボックス等に入れないと集合住宅などでの運用は不可能です。これではせめてもの救いであるはずの「本体カバー」の存在意義がありません。 ​最終的に、しっかり設定したはずの制御でも2.99mmの木材を貫通して台座を傷つけるなど、制御の信頼性にも疑問が残りました。価格を考えると、ハードルの高さとリスクが勝る製品という印象です。
