I take berberine supplements as part of my daily health maintenance regime. As a senior, I listen to what I believe are trustworthy sources online (again subjective) who recommend certain supplements to incorporate into one's diet for the reasons stated in their videos. So far, so good. No problems with my daily intake according to the recommended serving after a meal to smooth out "sugar spikes". This is important as I age - be as healthy as I can. Also the label states that it has a "3-in-1 potency" (with turmeric & ceylon cinnamon) & is "lab tested". I rely on the label details & buy accordingly. For me it is not so much for weight loss, but keeping a stable weight would be good.

They are easy to use. The size of the capsule is a good size, not to big. I have been taking these for about 5 weeks. I have had no issues with side effects or digestive problems. So far they have help my blood pressure.

A friend of mine recommended I take this with another supplement, so I bought them both. I don’t know if it’s this supplement or the combination of both supplements, but boy did it clean my stomach. I have a bowel movement 4-6 times a day and this is not the reason I bought them. It helped though.I also, don’t get as hungry and get full right away. I am very gassy though and constantly burping. The pills are easy to swallow as lo g as you take enough water with it.I have only taken it for almost a week, but i feel great!

Not really sure if it works or not. I was only able to take it for a few days before I couldn't handle the nausea anymore. Everytime I took it I would end up feeling incredibly nauseous and have stomach cramps. I guess it would definitely suppress your appetite if you're too nauseous to eat.
