Awesome for the price point
I was very skeptical about this laptop. But I needed one in a hurry. I work from home and use a laptop when I travel. I have always been a Dell girl. I am so pleased to say this laptop changed my mind. It is truly a good value for the money. The only down side is that the battery does not seem to hold a charge despite the advertisement. I have to charge it before each use

Pretty impressive
I'm really loving this PC. It's fast.. even when multiple tabs are open it keeps up without any lag. The screen is big and has great color. I love the keyboards backlight only coming on when I need it to, and the auto shutoff if left in sleep mode for too long.. it has an amazing amount of storage and I can't imagine ever needing more.. it has a little bit of weight to it but I think that makes it feel more durable. It charges fast and the C charger is pretty nice considering that's what all devices use to charge these days. The cute little clown fish logo.. soo cute! I was a tiny bit hesitant because I've never heard of the brand before, but after reading reviews I decided to give it a go, and I'm 100% happy I took the chance! I love that it's made in the USA!

Problem with fingerprint unlock
The finger print bio worked for the first week but will not detect my print now. I am satisfied otherwise.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed with this laptop. It becomes extremely hot even when I only turn it on and am not actively using it. The screen also flickers frequently. Because of these issues, I have never really used it beyond turning it on. I expected a much better-quality product, but this has been a major disappointment. I would not recommend it.

Laptop Needs A better GPU but great customer service
I would like to start by saying that this laptop does not have the best GPU, which makes it challenging to use for Teams or streaming. This laptop was purchased for my kids' schoolwork, and it served its purpose well. I recommend spending a little more and opt for a laptop with more processing power, specifically the Intel N100 Alder Lake series, as it is a new name for the Celeron processor. I called the support team for Nemo, and they are excellent, which is why I give them four stars. The laptop is okay, but the warranty is top-notch.

All the Ports I Need Without Dongles
Carrying a USB hub was annoying and cables got tangled everywhere. This laptop has USB-C, HDMI, multiple USB-A ports, and even a Micro SD slot. I connect my monitor, keyboard, mouse, and transfer photos directly from my camera. Clean desk setup without the mess!
