Amazon Basics 13mm Extra Thick NBR Yoga and Exercise Mat with Carrying Strap, Blue

I purchased the Amazon Basics 13mm yoga mat looking for something with good cushioning, and this mat definitely delivers on that front. It's quite thick and provides a very comfortable surface for my yoga practice, especially for poses that put pressure on joints. One of the things I really appreciate is that it lays out flat almost immediately after unrolling, with no annoying curled edges to deal with. The grip is also excellent – it stays firmly in place on my tiled floor throughout my practice, without any slipping or sliding, which is crucial for stability and safety. While the 13mm thickness is very comfortable, it is quite substantial. For most general yoga practices, I think a 6mm or 8mm thickness might be more versatile and easier to carry around. However, if maximum cushioning and comfort are your priority, or if you have specific joint concerns, this 13mm mat is a great option. Overall, it's a good quality, comfortable, and grippy mat, though potential buyers should consider if the 13mm thickness is suitable for their specific needs compared to slightly thinner options.

It came with some damages so I returned it. The quality was not looking good or it was a used product. When I ordered another pink mat it was so good with a good thickness and quality. Amazon basics mat is good to buy and thick to use for yoga.

I was on the lookout for a good yoga mat to replace my current one as my current one was thin and causing me pain in joints. hence, I wanted a mat with enough grip at the same time adequate comfort. this mat met all my needs. it is made of a kind of rubber hence it has adequate grip on the floor and doesn't move on tiled floor (even though the profile says that it is not suitable for tiled floor). it is almost 13mm in thickness so it provides adequate comfort and cushion. it is not as heavy as you would expect a rubber mat to be, however, since it is bulky it maybe cause slight inconvenience while carrying. the only con i could think of is the smell. it has a new rubber smell and it lingers on ur clothes at times. may cause problems for asthmatic people. but i am hoping that airing it out for a few days may improve that. I would say that this mat is comparable to the decathlon pilates mat but at less than half the price. i purchased it for rs. 850 in the republic day sale and it is a win. still cannot comment on the durability.

Poor quality . Started peeling off just in six months. Disappointed by the quality, colour is too loud so waste of money time and energy.

自宅でストレッチをするために購入しました。これまでは床の上で直接行っていたため、膝をつく動作のたびに痛みがあり、長時間続けるのが大変でした。 このヨガマットを使うようになってからは、膝をついてもまったく痛くなく、とても快適です。クッション性がしっかりしていて柔らかく、体への負担がかなり軽減されました。 厚みがある割に扱いやすく、付属のキャリーストラップで収納や持ち運びもしやすいです。自宅でのストレッチや軽いトレーニングには十分な品質だと思います。 これからストレッチを習慣にしたい方や、床の硬さが気になる方にはおすすめです。

Ich habe die Yogamatte nun seit 2023 im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Hier meine Eindrücke im Detail: Die Matte wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Das Material fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an und hat keinen unangenehmen chemischen Geruch, wie es bei manchen günstigeren Matten der Fall ist. Sie ist rutschfest, was mir besonderes wichtig ist. Mit einer Dicke von 1,3 cm bietet die Matte eine gute Balance zwischen Dämpfung und Stabilität. Ich spüre den Boden bei stehenden Posen gut, ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Auch bei längerem Sitzen oder Knien ist ausreichend Polsterung . Die Matte lässt sich mit einem feuchten Tuch problemlos reinigen. Bisher haben sich keine Flecken oder Abnutzungen gezeigt. Fazit: Insgesamt eine tolle Yogamatte mit gutem Grip, ausreichender Dämpfung und einem hochwertigen Gefühl. Für Anfänger wie auch Fortgeschrittene eine klare Empfehlung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut
