Does this come charged?

Mine came with no charge. Started changing it immediately, after about 20 minutes it stopped charging, wouldn’t turn on or finish charging. Just got a dud, I guess. Maybe the ones that work do.

Can it charge my gateway Xfinity router? How long?

It depends on the wattage. It is 296 watt hours. It can power a fridge that I have that is about 60 watts for about 5 hours on a full charge. It has a limit of 300 watts but I think the surge wattage is about 450. Hope that helps. I really like it!

Can i order another 110 vac charger? Lost original

anyone use this for a small music PA set up?

Yes. I use a Yamaha Stagepas 600 and it seems to be okay for a solo gig. Beware that when you plug multiple inputs (other than a mic and an instrument) into your PA system, you might experience times when the battery shuts off momentarily. I'm considering switching to a unit with higher wattage. Best of luck on your choice.
