If a home appliance can be fun to use, this one is! First, it's so cute! Second, the quality and value are even better than I somehow expected. The plates are wider, the unit is larger and the whole thing has got a good weight to it. The Nori heats up quickly and is, of course, super easy to use. For my first try, I didn't add water for steam so I could see how just the ironing part does. And it did not disappoint! Besides rarely buying clothes that would need ironing, I've always hated how the top band of bedsheets wrinkle and roll up on themselves after being laundered. First-world problems, I know. But problem solved with the Nori! I freakin LOVE this thing! It was hard to take a video while using the Nori AND holding the sheet in place (as they were on my bed), but you get the idea. Quick and effective! Get you one!

So, if you’ve been wondering whether the Nori is just another “nice to have” gadget, let me tell you: you 100% NEED this in your life! I was skeptical too, but from the first use, I was hooked. Upon first impression, the Nori Press basically looks like a giant hair straightener but sleeker. I can see this being a good space saver in small apartments or maybe if you live alone. After taking it out of the box, there is a good weight to the press and I found it heavy after using it for a while, especially if you use one hand while using this. This may not be good for large ironing batches as the water tank holds very little water. The cord is thick but does have good flexibility and the color matches the product as a whole. I found the instructions to be a little sparse and not beginner-friendly for someone who doesn't iron a lot. I think it would be good to have some tips on what is the best way to iron certain fabrics, etc etc. One caveat to watch out for is that the tong design may cause wrinkles since it only covers so much area when using it and you have to reach over to the other side of the shirt.

This is honestly one of the best travel purchases I’ve made. I travel pretty often, and this steamer fits perfectly in my carry-on. It's so compact and lightweight. It heats up fast, smooths out wrinkles in just a few passes, and doesn’t leak or leave water spots (which has happened with other steamers I’ve tried). I’ve used it in hotel rooms, before events, and even for a quick refresh at home. It’s super easy to use and makes my clothes look instantly polished. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to keep their outfits looking fresh on the go!

I got this delivered 9/30, used it first a week later. Then used it maybe 10 times total up until 12/10 when it stopped working entirely. Amazons return window was through 10/30 so I am unable to return it. The Nori website and product support was not helpful and when you click on “no” for the support not helping it only returns you to the list of product support options. Nori website says you can return to them if you bought from them. I sent a customer service message to see if replacement is possible - $120 is a lot of money for only 10 uses. Happy to change my review if there is a replacement made and the product works longer than 10 uses because I did like the functioning iron and steamer. It worked well when it worked! ***update*** I contacted the company directly, they asked for video proof it was broken, then photos of the serial number, and mailed me a new product. We shall see how long it lasts! Thanks Nori!
