Are they good for panasonic kx-tgm450?

For the 450 Panasonic recommends the kx-tgma45S as the extra hand set. That leads me to believe that the 44w likely will not work. Order the 45S instead.

What is the talk time for the battery, how long does it last?

Not really sure but I can tell you that after talking on the phone for 2 plus hours the phone was left off the charging unit over night and still showed 3 bars on the unit. I hope this helps.

Defective device -

One of the phone does not hold charge, I bought 2 sets of brand new batteries and it still keeps shutting down the moment I take it off the stand, by the time we realized that it was the device that was defective, it was too late to return it. Amazon purchases are not good, no warranty and 2 of the 3 panasonic products I bought here were defective. I had to buy directly from Panasonic to ensure the phones were in working orders and not refurbished. No where it says on the amazon advertissement that these product are refurbished and possibly defective, this is stealing essentially!
