Terrible product
Fabric stretches too much so u are laying on bottom bar. Product claims it can support 400lbs but 200lbs puts you against bar & on the ground. Metal poles have to much flex to them . Trying to find info to contact company is impossible. Will be contacting Amazon to return.

Hammock too long for Stand
I bought the hammock with stand for gf bday. It's nice looking, and easy to assemble. But...The hammock is way too long for the stand. I read a lot of the reviews, and no one mentioned this?! I weigh under 200lbs and I'm about 6" from the ground and feel like a taco... Not sending back, so I have been twisting the ropes to tighten. It also stretches a lot, every time it gets used, it seems to sag more. Not expecting to last long, very disappointed.

Only for small people
It's a good product but I weigh 230 and I hit the ground when in it. Certainly not rated for 500 lbs.

Terrible
The brace is fine, but unless you want to not move and be laying on the ground with a tiny bit of cushion, great. My husband and me both were laying flat on the ground. There's no way to tighten it. Sending back. Seriously disappointed. Cheap material for hammock base is just ok.

Very saggy and low as supplied and has bad metal in frame
This hammock is roped very close to the ground. There is bubbling under the powder coating from new and I’ve just spent 2 hours re-roping both ends to make it a useable height. Instructions are insufficient and definitely won’t be used for 2 people. Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid.

Enttäuschend – hängt durch bis auf den Boden
Die Hängematte mit Gestell macht auf den ersten Blick einen soliden Eindruck und sieht auch optisch gut aus. Leider ist sie in der Praxis völlig unbrauchbar. Ich habe sie ohne Ketten befestigt, die Ösen sogar mehrfach verdreht, damit der Stoff möglichst straff gespannt wird, trotzdem hängt man sofort durch. Selbst ein Kind (siehe Fotos) landet mit dem Hintern auf dem Boden. Die Liegefläche ist einfach zu groß und trägt das Gewicht nicht ausreichend. Von Relaxen keine Spur – man fällt wie ein Sack hinein und sitzt quasi unten auf dem Boden auf. Für Erwachsene völlig ungeeignet und für Kinder ebenso frustrierend. In meinen Augen ist das keine Hängematte zum Entspannen, sondern einfach eine Fehlkonstruktion. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Klare 6, wenn ich könnte.

No es lo que esperaba
Llegó mucho mas tarde del dia acordado y al instalarlo por mucho que tense el cable estoy a punto de rozar el suelo una vez subido, tiene pinta que seguirá dándose de sí y terminaré acostado en el suelo. Y no, no estoy gordo, mido 1,80 y peso 82kg. Se supone que es para dos personas, como se ponga mi pareja a la vez, chao a la hamaca.

Al subirte tocas el suelo con la espalda
Con un montaje correcto, al usarlo una persona de 55K quedó tocando el suelo, no hay manera de tensarlo más, una decepción
