Faulty product , no installation support
found an issue while installing the chair , called the support whatsapp number, got assurance . After two days of no response checked again and again and agin but no response. Will not recommend any one to go for it .

Brakes on one or two wheels would make it a great buy
No brake on any wheel/castor. The chair tends to run on tiled surface. Have to take extra care to get up and also sit in the chair.Adjustable arm rest would have been desirable.Looks good.Installation took 4 days and multiple calls

Pros- 1. With price arround 5k this chair is value for your money.Cons - 1. Minimum height from ground is little more. I am 5 ft 8 inch still my feets were not reaching to ground2. Installation is not easy. You will need lot of patience fitting screws.3. L shaped screw tightening thing was missing in package.

Its a review after 6 months of usage...chair is avg....build quality is average, didnt got torned yet anywher...But the main problem with chair is its bavk support is not straight in original position(no backnslider used) its tilted backward a bit, which eventually not give u a proper support and u will have to just keep it as u cant do anything abt that...But i wont recommend this to anyone else for sure...may 3k more and u can get good gamimg chair as its a one time investment for ur health n posture

High quality Chair
Liked the quality of material used. Very premium looks. Had problem with hydraulic cylinder but was replaced immediately after one call. Very satisfied and ordering for more chairs for office.
