Quick delivery, very easy to set up, just follow onscreen instructions. The Wi-Fi connection is great and it has a very good print speed. This printer is easy to use, with the HP online program and while using the buttons on the printer. I had an earlier version of this model and that one lasted for 14 years! It's just compact enough for using it at home.

great printer for the price It is well made and simple to us with HP SMART software. Scanning and printing is so simple and if you sign up to the ink supply it automaticly sent when when the printer ink gets low.

I don't continuously use the printer and scanner, but when I do, it's usually about a 20 to 30 page documents containing diagrams, pictures and text. And this printer does an absolutely perfect job. Plus if I am working on something and details get sent to my phone I can print perfectly right from my phone. And print from scan is also really good. It's an all in one printer which does a fantastic job.

Awful printer. My old HP printer wireless has just died after 9 years of impeccable service - reliable, easy to set up with excellent print quality. Although it cost almost three times the price of this new one I didn’t expect the HP2990 to be this bad.I purchased it because of limited space and this is a nice compact size.However, it took me all day and part of the night to get it working via the HP app which is also not very good. It initially found the WiFi connection really easily but then when I came to use it that’s when my blood pressure was compromised.My old printer had a drawer to put the paper in and was smooth and not too noisy and automatically extended the arm to catch the printed material.This one is flimsy plastic, noisy and everything has to be done manually. Paper is loaded via a flimsy plastic tray that has to be manually pulled up at the back of the printer. It is noisy and print quality is awful. I’ve even tried a more expensive paper but it’s just as bad. Also I can only print colour from my Apple IPad which is only a year old but it will not print colour from my IPhone which is only 6 months old. I’ve been on all the troubleshooting web sites and followed instructions to the letter but it still will only print in black and white from IPhone. My son in law is coming to look at it the weekend to see if I’m missing something just for my own sanity but I’m no idiot and I don’t think I am. If it still won’t work I’m going to return it. If all the HP printers are now of that quality I’m sadly going for another brand. I do not recommend this.

As advertised, very easy to use

Took me ages to set up, the process was annoying. Its a neat printer but unfortunately mine has been sent back as there's an issue with the tri colour printing connections but that could of been damaged on its journey to me. Its nice but the ink is a bit too pricey, there are other hps that cost less in ink. Its photocopier I tested (black ink) works amazingly. I would love this if the ink was slightly cheaper and easier to set up.

On have the printer a short while and prints well, down side going through the ink right in quick,easy to use and straight from phone to printer is a plus

Doesn't work with the app on mobile ,tricky to set up compared to other models, randomly responds to different attempts to connect, doesn't work according to instructions had to edit this review to say this is the worst most frustrating ridiculously useless thing, doesn't work as instructed, doesn't come up on any product list doesn't behave as instructions claim. Do not buy it, such a waste of time and money. Returning it is too much hassle I don't have time and energy for that.so disappointed.
