Procolored P13 Printer damage beyound repair.
We bought this machine for a startup business, and are extremely unhappy, two months after the buying the machine the head went bad, Porcolored techinical team, after a week of online Tech Support, ask us to replace the Head, they did warranty the Head, after two weeks, it started doing other multiple malfuncitions, including ink just coming out head not moving, warming up and not stopiing even after running for 24 hours, the Tech support told us that a board on top of the mother board is bad, though it does not have a funcitons, its where the ribbon plugs in, and a cable, even checking the cable for continuity it was fine, we replaced it, so far we have spend 48 hours of Tech support with them, with continues, do this do that, and tons of pictures and videos to share with them, with no solution, sad part is, that the Field Technical Center will not work on it, since we did not buy the product direct from them, and bought it through Amazon. Never Ever buy from them.

Sucks!
I am so happy with my printer! Edit: this product sucks and their tech support is terrible. Printer hardly ever connects to software, and if you have a Mac forget about it. Had to get a windows PC. Have fun reading Chinese in their software because it reverts back to it every time it’s turned on. This results and having to redownload all the software again. The tech support can’t figure it out. It’s been a week straight talking with tech support and then they just leave the conversation with no answers.
