Very good indeed
I really liked this. The instructions are in very small type and poorly laid out. Some of the translations into English are a bit comedy. But it's a smart, easy to use, compact device. The electronic screen is very easy to read and has several different formats you can scroll through and pick a favourite from.. It measures PI and Temp as well as Oxygen and Pulse and shows your heart beat in graph form. It shuts down very quickly after you stop using it which saves battery. It comes with a clip and lanyard. It arrived on time. There is a QR code for an instruction video and two different service email addresses. It arrived on time. It *doesn't* come with batteries. 2 x AAA. I'd buy again and recommend.

Difficulties of choosing a pulse oximeter
I looked at a lot of these carefully before choosing one. Accurately measuring oxygen saturation in a few seconds by sending pulses of light through the skin is actually difficult. Some do it well, others don't. On top of that, buying stuff from China (as all these are) is always risky and the Chinese usually fake hundreds of positive reviews. I chose this one because it has the full range of functions including PI (perfusion Index) which isn't particularly important of itself but suggest it uses more advanced algorithms. More importantly it measures with PI as low as 0.1% (or so it claims) and if true this definitely indicates a good algorithm as a low PI normally means you can't get a proper reading. Finally it gives a graphical read out which they correctly refer to as a plethysmograph, and I take it as a good sign that they actually know this word and know how to spell it, unlike the other listings (though their English is dreadful.) Having tried the device, it seems to work, though the build is horribly cheap and flimsy for something of this price.

Accessible price for a nice product
Bought for home use. The instructions can be a bit misleading but common sense prevails. I cannot judge the accuracy except for pulse rate where it matches my sphygmomanometer. However the saturation readings are plausible and can be varied by forced breathing so I have no reason to doubt them. It is easy to use and easy to read although the readings are not stored and can only be seen while the device is on a finger. Once removed it shuts down quite quickly, much less than the 8 seconds in the instructions, but obviously good for battery life. I like this device and I hope it has reasonable service life.

Useful for continuous monitoring of Sp02
I bought this product to be able to measure my blood oxygen level quickly and accurately during the pandemic. It is entirely suitable for this use and as far as I am aware gives accurate readings. As the product is easy to use it is probably most effective in monitoring changes to Sp02 when readings are taken on a regular basis. My only advice would be that care needs to be taken in placing the finger correctly in the designated slot to give a true reading by . I was sent a soft copy of the instruction manual by MED_LINKET after my purchase (a hard copy came with the product) and the follow up customer service has been exemplary.

Hard to change settings
I wanted an oximeter that had large display therefore worked without spectacles. This is just about possible. I wanted to see the pulse, and to see the line of pulse since this is a good graphic for those with irregular heartbeats which with practice is as good as a portable ECG. I should have bought a larger model, but you can just about see it. I was attracted to the extra of measuring temperature. I did not check, I assumed it would read temperature from my finger -- highly misleading of course since hand temperature is usually lower than body temperature. Instead, a lead is provided, which I have not tested. What really annoys me is that the instructions are in microprint. Even when I went to the web and downloaded the manual, it is one big sheet of paper. I managed to print it as separate pages using the Tile function of my printer. How many know how to do this? Another annoyance is the beaping. There are presets, for oxygen level and pulse. The trouble is that for decades I operate aroun 90% oxygen level, so the beeping never stops. What I would like to do is to put the beaping onto the pulse, so that I can hear a heart beating. Perhaps I can do this, but the manual, even when printed, is not clear. Perhaps the manufacturer can provide a decently formatted manual, and comment below how to adjust the beeping.

Great device serves the purpose!
I had a conversation with doctor friend of mine and she recommended their device because it produce by an actual medical company. At first I was doubtful about how it's going to work because everything just seemed to simple to be accurate. But I have tried it and compared to other devices, it actually is quite accurate. It is very sensitive as well, as soon as you put your index finger in the device, it only takes about two seconds for it to give you a reading. It takes about 5 - 10 second for it to stablise. It has an alarm system that will tell you when the reading is too high or too low (according to medical guidance). There is a QR code in the manual that can be scanned to reveal a video tutorial on how to use the device, which is quite helpful. It detects oxygen levels in the blood, heart rate and temperature (with an additional probe). Everything was quite sensitive to change. Manual explained that everything is designed based on clinical studies and data. Overall it's quite a good device that serves the purpose. The only thing that's not quite convenient is that you have to look at the battery arrangement before you put them in to avoid error.

Good unit for the price
I was quite happy with this device and it is easy to use and clear display but Iโve compared the accuracy against a more expensive model and itโs slightly different readings, but the readings do settle down and remain constant. The extra temperature reader is quite good too, however quite a long wait for an accurate reading. However, overall not a bad unit for the price.
