Grips with the kit is the no brainer. I regrip my clubs a lot so I already have tape and solvent. If you purchase a roll of tape be it it will do several sets of clubs, that’s 16 bucks. Solvent is around 10 and the hook blades alone are 6 bucks. I finished off my roll then used the tape sent to finish the remaining 5 grips. It was actually easier to use but they were not cut as long as needed to be in my opinion. The grips them self are very similar to a more popular brand. They aren’t as soft/grippy but still not bad. I have used Champkey several times now and they are the only cheaper grip I will use. Saying that, if they stay the same in price I will continue to use them. I ordered my T150’s with tour velvet but the wanted to slip in my hands with the summer heat. I used these grips yesterday and man they didn’t disappoint. If you can follow simple directions or use YouTube videos to help show you how to install, you will find it very easy to put these on. This will save you around 60-75 bucks on a new set of grips. The weight I worried may be an issue but not far off from tour velvet to tell a difference in swing weight. Buy them one time and use them 6 months. If you hate them you haven’t lost any money. Love them and you will be able to keep clubs nice and grippy more often for less money. I regrip about every 6-8 months. And they probably would be fine going longer.
