does this work on eap660hd ap?

Yes, it is compatible. That AP is 2.5Gbe, and requires PoE+ which this PoE injector supports.

Works with Unifi U6 Enterprise?

Dear Jose! Thanks for your interest in TRENDnet! As long has the device meet Poe or PoE+ standards. Hope this helps! If you have any more questions, you can always respond directly to this thread and someone will be happy to try and help answer any additional questions you may have! Have a great day! Adrian TRENDnet CS

ugh what is the power supply? it has a listing variation that says "with power supply" but absolutely no clear indication of jack or voltage

It contains an internal power supply that accepts standard USA 110-120v AC and comes with a cord with a standard 3-prong (5-15P)

Can this be installed in line from your normal router to push signal through the the existing ethernet cable to other side of the hoise to a switch?

No, this is a power injector for Power Over Ethernet devices which are powered through the ethernet cable rather than plugging them in to a power outlet. This device plugs in to wall power and puts power on to an ethernet circuit to power a PoE device. An ethernet segment can be 100 meters long. Unless you have a really big house, there should be no need to "push" the signal through a cable to the switch.
