My fan is working Good at warranty period but when left only 1-2 months it's faulty and stop working then i call customer care they give me my local area agent (barnala city agent) first he comes after a month and change my fan pcb then fan working but fan not contacted with remote then i again call him he told yes he comes in one or two weeks I told him my waranty is near to end please do my work but after 15 days he gain told me i come in few days again and again he doing that thing and after a 2-3 months he even don't pick my phone and now also year + passed that time and local mechanic also don't work on that's remote bldc fan now sometimes fan started sometimes not but when started it's on full speed i can't change speed because remote is not paired with new changed pcb , so overall havells service is the wrost part for me

Genuine review: Within 6 months - baring sound issue. Engineer came and replaced the bearing free of cost as it was in warranty period. After 2years: - pcb issue - the fan will not start immediately. After switching on it will take 15-60min to run with full speed. Till that time it will make tuck tuck sound and start stop start like that. When I complained this to the company, the service engineer came and he said that there is an issue with pcb which has to be replaced. And it costs around 1600 rupees. For every visit they charge 300. After 2 and half year: I removed the havells fan and installed atomberg bldc which was running seamlessly.

Quality and operation and installation in very easy Fan speed and air flow good appererenc good

Review after product use: I purchased 4 fans 2.5 years ago... Now having problem with 3 fans and out of warranty too. Just a feedback and question to manufacturer... Is it design to run only 2 -3 years only?
