Keep them cool
Klare labs was recommended by my physician they came in a cool pack and you can keep in the fridge I've used them for years they are good.

Better than any other probiotic I've tried!
No adverse side effects with this probiotic! I've been taking one at night for a couple of months now, and I do think it has really helped to regulate my digestive system. Also give this to my 15 year old daughter who tends to have lots of constipation issues, and it has helped her as well.

Doctor prescribed
