Does this soap will be great for combination and sensitive skin??? and will help with clogged pores?

I have sensitive and combination skin. While it is calming to the skin, and does not irritate it, it is drying and I found using moisturizer afterward absolutely necessary. Yes, it has helped with clogged pores.

The soap color is black

Yes, with bits of the Oats showing.

Will this help me get rid of dark underarms?

We bought this soap because it is also a way to get rid of some indoor plant pests! Sorry, I can't help you with your question.
