My daughter is a competitive swimmer and uses these daily for her conditioning. Works great!

So grateful I discovered these! I developed tendinitis in my wrist while swimming, these secure my wrists and the pain is gone! Now that I’ve gotten used to them, I can’t swim without them. They’re very durable and very comfortable.

While these are advertised as for petite women, they really are not. Way too small and I'm 5'2". Good construction though

Really helped straighten out my daughter’s stroke

My forearm is 23 cm or 9 inches long and it fits! I'm glad I bought the Jr size coz it fits me well!!:) I'm glad Swim Direct replied with size of these forearm fulcrum. Used them at the pool today, and it functioned the way it s supposed to!:) So glad I bought this one!

I have better form now with these, then without, for sure. They also force your hands inward, at an angle. I trade them out (R->L), so that they force my hands outward, as well. This all makes you get a better feel for the water.
