I’ve been really impressed with this tallow balm. It goes on smoothly, absorbs well, and leaves my skin feeling moisturized without feeling greasy or heavy. I also appreciate the simple ingredient list and the fact that it’s unscented. A little goes a long way, so the 4 oz container should last quite a while. If you’re looking for a clean, straightforward alternative to traditional lotions and moisturizers, this is definitely worth trying.

Great as an overnight moisturizer and works under my makeup as well! Keeps skin glowing; light fragrance; nice texture.

Ive ordered 5 different tallow balm products in the past weeks to compare and for various applications. Consistency and textures range. This one is a true balm that is more like a solid Vaseline (vs a cream). It was colder weather so it separated in photo from the solidity. When scooped out it must be melted by heat in fingers to apply, so it’s slightly greasy (as a balm should be- shown in last photo), and leaves a faint sheen on skin but not overly shiny. Some might like that dewy look on face., I like a sheen on my hands because they are very dry and it makes them appear younger. It does absorb after 30 minutes or so. That said this works great as a more intense overnight treatment on face. There are only four ingredients making it a true minimalist balm. The unscented has almost no scent, with a slight earthiness that dissipates quickly once applied. Came double sealed. This is a quality balm, family owned and hand made, taking processing seriously. Everything was as stated. I would definitely order again. Worth the price.

It is a good product. I like it because it is all natural and makes my skin feel fresh. Knowing that it is all natural and I won’t be absorbing any chemicals into my skin is a positive that you can’t find in many skin products

Great for the skin. Easy to put on, smooth and creamy. I can tell good positive results since I started using this product. Also it washes off your hands very easily not very greasy at all. I would highly recommend especially if you care about your skin

Ok first off I’m an older woman so dry skin is an issue. I have tried a ton of products. I would definitely use this for just nighttime before bed. It is a bit greasy but very moisturizing! A little goes a long way. And I do feel it is making a difference on my skin. I got unscented which I like. Is it turning back the clock? No, but I use it on my face and neck at night before bed and my skin does feel amazing the next day. I like that it’s organic, I feel the least amount of chemicals the better- only 3 ingredients, and so far I’m not breaking out over it.

TeraLotus is my favorite brand of beef tallow. With olive oil, honey.. olive oil honey I have tried five different kinds now and this one I would call number one for me… I can use it on my face, but I use a skin care line that I love but I use it on my body and it is wonderful.. and the vanilla or citrus scents are great! The citrus/vanilla one smells lemony and vanilla together make it a nice combination. It’s a very soft, sweet scent .. would buy this Tera lotus product over and over again.. make sure you get the right one because there are knockoffs of Terra Lotus, but I found the real one on Amazon. I trust Amazon because I’ve never had a problem with them for any situation..

This is the first tallow skincare product I’ve ever bought. I was looking for a gente and natural face moisturizer to use while using tretinoin. I looked at different tallow moisturizers and settled on this one. These are the observations I made. • It’s very thick even after warming it up between my fingers. Because of how thick it is, I have to really work it into my face and that results in pulling and tugging at my skin. Which I want to avoid so I don’t give myself wrinkles. But if I don’t work it into the skin enough, I’m left with the product feeling tacky. • It does moisturize very well. I apply at night and in the mornings my skin feels soft and moisturized. • It doesn’t have a scent. I didn’t want fragrance in mine because tretinoin makes my skin kind of sensitive. It doesn’t have a weird beef smell either which I was worried about. So far I am enjoying the product but I can’t give it 5 stars because I wanted this to use on my face. Because of how much it pulls on my skin I can’t use it for that purpose but I will continue to use it on my hands/feet.
