Tangy, zesty, and not too hot (similar to Texas Pete's). If you're a fan of high heat, this may not be the sauce for you. To me, it's just right. Adds a little bite to tinned fish and clam chowder. Really, works on anything, not just seafood.

What are we even doing here? That’s right folks this is the sauce you’re looking for, if you’re looking for a sauce with tons of flavor and very mild heat that will perfectly compliment fresh or tinned seafood!

This hot sauce has a slightly lemon taste, it works really well in seafood soups and adds a nice kick of flavor. I like using it for cooking, though it’s a bit different from regular hot sauces.

A favorite in our house. Great for eggs, seafood, potatoes. My husband mixes it with yogurt to make a dip which I think is vile but her rather enjoys. Great addition for bloody Mary’s.

The flavor is good but it expires in just a couple of months.
