Tastes fresh and flavourful. A house favourite!
This is the 2nd jar we are using and our household including my 11yr old loves it. All you need to do it stir fry it for a few minutes, add the vegetables followed by coconut milk and you are set! If available I add lemongrass, galangal and Kafir lime leaves for an extra burst of flavour. It is spicy tho so be mindful when you use it for the first time.

If you use too little, the curry flavor is diluted. If you use enough, it's way too salty.

i love Thai food so do know the importance of perfect or very close to flavor and this brand is very close or next to perfect for the Thai green curry !

Achtung - Lieferung enthielt nur 1 Glas statt 3
Die Curry Paste selber ist meiner Meinung nach super, allerdings ist der Amazon Eintrag offensichtlich nicht korrekt. Wie man an Verschieden Werten der Auflistung erkennen kann, soll es sich eigentlich um 3 Gläser handeln. Sonst macht der 3x so hohe Preis im Vergleich zur roten Paste ja auch überhaupt keinen Sinn. Also entweder muss der Preis runter oder eben 3 Gläser versendet werden. Der Store Eintrag sollte auf jeden Fall korrigiert werden und ich hab dides auch schon über das etwaige Amazon Formular weitergegeben. Anscheinend hat es aber noch keine Änderung gegeben und daher die Warnung. Zurückschicken kann man die Lieferung ja nicht, da es sich um ein Lebensmittel handelt. Immerhin hat mir der Amazon Support via Telefon dann aber die Kosten zurückerstattet. Ich setze die Bewertung des Produktes gerne wieder höher, sobald die widersprüchlichen Angaben behoben sind.
