U still have to put in the work. It’s not just gonna burn body fat without putting in any work. If u work out you’ll gain muscle which in turn burns fat…

How is this compared to C4 ripped?

Compared to C4 ripped for me, I would say I had less nausea, less tingles and more energy throughout the day but less of the pumped up feeling and energy during my lifting sessions. I have to up the scoop to pull through an hour of lifting. And lots of sweating and clearing out your system, which if you’re looking to lose weight is a good thing.
