I just used my counter I received today, counted various large bunches of varying denominations of us $, 1st straightened any bends & folds, I separated the demoninations. Then counted via value and "add button"to see the total amounts and compared to my previously manually counted amounts( which were correct)then batched the amounts and wrapped the $. It worked great. Just need to remember to change the demonination button when adding different bill amounts to the hopper ( I forgot to change the value as I got rolling a few times and had to start over, but still easier & faster than manually doing it). There were some error codes popping up, ( bills with holes. And folds I missed) just removed them fixed the folds or tears and redo the stack again.I used it with and with out uv & mg, but no dd mode. The $ were definitely not new bills and worn, had no issues. , I assume the more sensors selected. Uv, mg ,dd etc. you will likely have more errors pop up. Durability is unknown yet, but this machine works for my needs and much easier to do than manually counting , losing track and recounting again,& again etc .. One minor con is when batching say a 100/ batch it doesn't give you a $ value, just 100 bills batched,it just counts number of bills , so you have to multiply yourself (example)100 bills of $20 = $2000 not a biggy but would be nice to see $ total appear on screen. I hope it continues to work with out issue🤞.

Wish there were a battery option but counts well

Great service. The first one did not work great. They sent a second one to use. Works amazing! Would recommend these machines and the company stands behind its product. Very impressive.
