I usually buy vegan protein powders, but I was looks for a powder a high protein mass gainer and the supplement facts contained everything I needed. If you’re looking to increase mass or add this to your smoothie as a meal replacement, give it try. This contains several vitamins from A to K, including selenium, zinc, calcium, potassium creatinine to name a few. I add this to my smoothie everyday and fulls me up, since I started taking this, my cravings have reduced, and I am able to stick to my measured weekly meals and don’t feel like I am missing something. It blend so well in my smoothie and, I was first reluctant about this flavor, was thinking I was going to be strong taste, but that’s not the case. It’s flavorful and it has enhanced my workout recovery time. I am getting more toned, and building muscle, specially on my glutes. I love powder so much that I have a lot to say, oh the price is so reasonable and it comes in a big bag, this is my second time buying this and I usually use it up to 2 months. I have not noticed a side effect.

This will always be my go to weight gain..I dont muscle build so much, but I have a chronic illness that keeps my appetite very low and this keeps me from loosing weight. I dont like the way I look when I get too thin

I am a hard gainer 23 year old male and got two packs of these. Along with creatine, the gym, and eating more I gained about 15 lbs over the course of 2 months. I don't care for the chocolate flavor. I didn't have any other flavor. I would only take half of a serving at a time (which is still over 1000 calories). They don't seem healthy, but can be ok for a temporary weight gain.

Watch out your cholesterol level. I am a very active person. I run a looooot and hit the gym 7 days a week. I control my diet, I only use olive oil, no fast food. This product works really good but something was bothering me and decided to check with my primary care provider. I wasn’t surprised that my cholesterol levels came out high. It was above the normal range, like way above. My doc said you look healthy, you workout a lot my this levels aren’t good at all. It can cause a heart anomaly and might not be reversible. So my friends, the product is working and taste good and fast results but be careful. I just switched to plant based for that reason.

Great taste, going to need a huge shaker to fit a full serving

The measurement makes your smoothie too thick to drink. I don’t know how I’ll get through this bag
