Just took it out of the box a day ago. Charges but won’t even turn on and loses charge. Charged for over a day. Have not been able to use at all!!

I honestly got this product since it’s FSA approved. It doesn’t burn my feet and leaves them feeling smooth. It was worth every penny. It’s has three settings and each one is powerful, it’s easy to charge and doesn’t take long. The quality of the structure is very strong and durable. It’s easy to turn on and off, simple hold of the power button for 3 seconds. I am going to say it makes a loud noise when it’s turned on. I love that it comes with a three extra shavers and has a mini stand so it’s not just laying around collecting dust.
