Good for understanding and getting basic information, and the glossary was the most useful in comparison to others I found. May need to look at other sources for extra detail.

If you have your exam technique nailed down, this guide is all you need. It goes through all the content in a clear and concise way. However I will add that I'd only start using this guide after you've read the course textbook as this is purely a tool for efficient revision.
