I just received mine today and it’s literally half full!! what can i do to get a full container?

It's not weighted by volume, it's weighted by weight. The container is a standardized size based on what the company thought best for their production value. You got exactly what you paid for (the determined serving amount), and there is no way to receive a "full" container. You aren't being cheated by Dymatize or any other company that doesn't fill the container.

Does the dunkin donuts ones have actually coffee in them or just coffee flavoring?

The Dunkin Donuts Cappuccino Flavor does contain spray dried coffee & each serving contains 95mg of caffeine.

How come no scoop was provided?
