I like that this set comes in a range of sizes and that each one may be used for many purposes. In my kitchen, this is the only set I need. Baking cookies or muffins or roasting vegetables for a family meal are two possibilities.In addition to making cleanup easier, the nonstick coating guarantees that my food will slide off the pan easily. My son is setting up his first apartment after getting out of college and so I'm helping him to get his first home in order. I bought him these baking pans to get started and I'm very pleased with the quality of them. They're very similar to my own pampered chef pans but I paid a tiny fraction of the price. Food bakes nicely on them and they're very easy to keeps clean. Most food wipes off with a simple sponging, so it's already basically clean when it hits the dishwasher.

They are nice pans but they really ain’t non stick. The quality is good and they are light weight

I haven't used them yet, but they look extremely sturdy. The weight is a good weight on them so they don't move around when you cook on them.
