This is a high quality, high temperature cooking oil. Neutral flavor. I use it for all my cast iron pans , and in baking. Because it doesn’t burn at lower temps, ( like under 375*), it’s good for greasing pans and bakeware, or caramelizing shallots and onions, allowing them to cook a long enough time without burning to turn brown. I’ve been using this brand of Pompeian Grapeseed oil for years. I’m always pleased with the quality and performance. A great kitchen staple. Highly recommend!

I have been using this oil in my kitchen for several months and I am delighted with it. I found it as a cheap alternative to olive oil.
