This is the best value creatine I could find anywhere. Super cost effective and easy to scoop out. The taste is a little off with it being unflavored, but I just got a flavored water mix to use every time I was taking my supplements. It takes a bit to notice a difference, but I felt that it greatly aided in my training. I did not feel any discomfort in my stomach and overall it has treated me well, being on my second container.

Received the product as advertised, comes with a 5g spoon. Satisfied and will definitely recommend.
