Great Laptop
This laptop works so well.. honestly at first when I had asked the AI box if it was touchscreen, it said it was a touchscreen, and I did not know it was referring to the touch pad (as it referred to easy touch due to electromagnetic waves from finger) but on a whole.. the laptop is fairly light. It does it's job.. I am doing architectural drawings on it and the quality is superb, it does the job well and its easy to clean. It does smudge easily when your finger is oily, but it cleans just as easily. The keyboard is really comfortable.. I saw some comments that the key board was not as good, but it actually works perfectly for me. The battery is rather long lasting and it connects well to other samsung devices without hassle. This laptop is a first buy for me overall and I am quite satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to others as well. Good job samsung

Poor network connectivity
Great device so far but it has a wifi connection issue. The network speed is extremely slow driver updates haven't solved. Would rate it higher if the network speed was good. For reference I have around 570 Mbps down on WiFi with other devices and this laptop is getting 27mbps

Easy to setup and use - syncs beautifully with other Samsung Galaxy devices
I am so far very satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge laptop. It is definitely very fast and it was easy to set it up. What I really love is that it connects with my Samsung devices - my phone and tablet - so everything is unified and is easy to sync and more. The laptop seems to be very well built and designed for functionality. I also love the size of the screen as it is just right and makes having split screens very simple.

Great quality for reasonable price
I chose the Samsung laptop because I have a Galaxy phone and smartwatch. Both of the other devices have always been reliable, so I decided to try another Samsung product. And this laptop has been great. The Snapdragon processor is really fast and responsive. The screen quality is excellent - beautiful clear display. And it has some cool features that allow you to sync your phone with the laptop. The only negative I’ve found is with the track pad. It can be a little loose at times; but that could just be a problem with the laptop I received.
